Colby Walter is the founder and lead expert witness at Construction Experts. With decades of experience in the construction industry, Colby brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every case he works on. Mr. Walter has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including the construction of hundreds of single-family dwellings. These projects include design-build custom homes and production-based speculative building. Additional projects include residential remodel/addition projects, multi-family apartment buildings, commercial tenant improvement including office space, recreation, therapeutic and entertainment space.

Experience includes design, inspection, supervision of subcontractor trades,
material procurement, management of suppliers and vendors, invoicing, and scheduling. An experienced expert witness, including consulting for both plaintiff and defendant in residential construction legal cases.
